The Career Skills Catalogue aims to serve as a reference point for individuals and career guidance practitioners for the most essential career competencies. It will include:

  • List and glossary of the most essential career management skills, which individuals will need to successfully navigate their life and careers in the turbulent era of the fourth industrial revolution;
  • Career management skills framework – a matrix, describing the knowledge, skills and attitudes of each skill according to the different levels of proficiency;
  • Career management assessment tool – an online instrument, which will help individuals evaluate their own competences level against the framework and identify the further development opportunities.
  • Guidelines to make these resources more useful, adaptable and exploitable by guidance practitioners, related professionals, experts and stakeholders, including suggestions for its further presentation, reuse and adaptation;
  • Resources related to career skills competence development – good practices and success stories, existing frameworks, tools and training programs, collected during the research implemented on national and EU level.
